This hotel exceeded my expectations in several key areas. the value for money was exceptional. Considering the prices we paid, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the overall quality of our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel, right on the shoreline, provided breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The basic amenities were all in place and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Lastly, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing major that needs improvement.

The restaurant at this venue, Rathbun Lakeshore Grille, offers delicious food and is conveniently located just a short walk away. This is a great place to stay for a weekend getaway, and it's right by the airport.

Great amenities & Location, but Poor service This resort had awesome amenities, from paddle boards and bikes to an indoor waterpark. the location was perfect, with scenic views everywhere and plenty of outdoor activities to keep everyone busy. Plus, the price was very reasonable for all that was offered. the service was lacking. the staff seemed disinterested and slow, and the restaurant left a lot to be desired. Housekeeping was not very diligent and often missed some basic things. the resort needs to improve their customer service to match the quality of their amenities and location.

The location of the resort is convenient, as it is situated on a heavily traveled sidewalk near the beach and marina. the common areas are currently being done up, which adds to the appeal. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the well-appointed bathrooms. the friendly and knowledgeable staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. the buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking.
The neglected landscaping was a letdown.

Wow! I recently had an amazing Easter getaway with my family at a beautiful resort in the heart of Iowa. The resort offered an array of amenities that left us in awe. the rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay for our family. The location was also ideal, surrounded by serene nature and breathtaking views. We enjoyed exploring the nearby lake and taking walks around the resort grounds. the resort had a variety of outdoor activities such as golfing and water sports that kept everyone entertained. It was the perfect destination to relax and unwind with loved ones.
Although our Easter getaway was overall enjoyable, there were a few aspects that fell short of our expectations. One disappointment was the limited dining options available at the resort.
